Aire Valley Guest House is situated on the Great Ocean Road in the beautiful Aire Valley near Cape Otway. Surrounded by an established garden, Aire Valley Guest House is one of the earlier period homes in the district. It has been renovated and extended sympathetic to its original architecture. Perched on a hill, the panoramic views take in the valley, river, lakes, lush green pastures and the tall timbers of the Otway National Park. And we are close to all of the major tourist attractions in the Otway Ranges and en route to the famous Shipwreck Coast and its many attractions including the 12 Apostles.

All rooms are spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Bedrooms have ensuite shower or bathrooms, crisp linen and French doors opening onto wide sweeping verandas with spectacular views. Evening meals are served on the veranda as the sun sets or by candle light in the dining room. Breakfast can also be enjoyed on the veranda while watching and listening to the native birds.
