Welcome to the tranquility of the Otway rainforest, the setting for our picturesque cottages. Our cottages have been designed and built to be in harmony with the natural beauty surrounding them. Careful selection of native timbers enhance the cottages inside delivering a warm and cosy ambience.

Marriner's Falls Cottages is situated on the Barham River Road just 11 kms from Apollo Bay and all the majestic Great Ocean Road has to offer. Close to most of the major tourist attractions of the Otways and also en route to the famous Shipwreck Coast and its many attractions including the 12 Apostles. The cottage surrounds are alive with an array of native birdlife and plants including glow-worms and the elusive Otway Ranges carnivorous snail. Marriners Waterfall is only a short walk away and runs throughout the year. We have sheep and cattle on the property and some of our guests have been able to experience baby lambs being born and sheep being shorn.
