The Beech Forest Hotel, or The Beechy Pub as it is known to the locals, is well positioned within Victoria's Great Otway National Park. Situated in the historic logging town of Beech Forest, this hotel is just minutes from The Otway Fly, Triplet, Hopetoun and Beauchamp Waterfalls and the very scenic Turton's Track which winds its way through some of the area's most spectacular rainforest. Beech Forest is also the starting point for the Old Beechy Rail Trail. This recently completed trail follows one of the state's former narrow gauge railway lines through an area of scenic forest, rich farmland and rolling hills. Don't forget to bring your bikes! Also, just up the road near the Otway Fly is Otway NouriShed - great coffee, local produce, arts & crafts & historical museum.

The Beechy Pub is just a few minutes drive to the Otway Fly. You need to allow yourself at least 1 hour to fully appreciate what the walk has to offer. And just down the road a few minutes is the newly completed Triplet Falls walk (below) which takes about 45 minutes. A world class venue.
