Buchanan Rest is a fully self contained 2 bedroom cottage offering privacy and an extensive rural outlook over the Otway Ranges to the Grampians. It is only 5 minutess from the Otway Fly Treetop and some of the most spectacular waterfalls and rainforest this area has to offer. You can meander to the local cafe or hotel if cooking doesn't take your fancy or take advantage of the undercover BBQ area. An ideal base to explore this area with the beaches of Apollo Bay and Johanna and the Twelve Apostles all within an easy one hour drive. We are pet friendly (so all the family can come) and we have two resident sheep which are always after a welcoming pat. For the pushbike enthusiast the Beechy Rail Trail is awaiting you winding through rainforest to Gellibrand and beyond. An ideal place to relax, unwind and let the world slowly go by.
