Countrywide Cottages is set on a magnificent 26 acre property, 16 acres of which is pristine bushland in the Otway foothills. The rear of the property provides easy walking access to the delightful Otway Forest Park (formerly known as Angahook State Park). Native birds abound, kangaroos, echidnas and koalas occasionally visit. Pink heath and native orchids are in profusion in season. A naturalists delight! Our four fully self contained cottages are nestled in bushland with barely a glimpse of the others through the trees. Each cottage is decorated in its own fabulous theme and offers a range of bedding configurations - choose from a Castle, a Villa, a Beach House or the brand new Igloo, purpose built to offer easy wheelchair access and independent living for people with all levels of disabilities. And our property is close to most of the major tourist attractions of the Otway Ranges and it is also en route to the famous Shipwreck Coast and its many attractions including the 12 Apostles.

The Castle: This is one of our three bedroom cottages which sleeps up to eight people. The two master bedrooms have beautifully appointed four poster queen size beds. The third has two sets of bunks and a huge dining table cries out for fabulous dinners. The Villa: The second of our three bedroom cottages sleeps up to eight people. Two master bedrooms, each with queen beds. The third bedroom has two sets of bunks. The Beach House: Featuring two bedrooms, this cottage sleeps up to five people. It has a queen size bed in the Master and a set of bunks and a single bed in the second bedroom. The Igloo: This cottage is custom built for wheelchair access. It has ramp entry, widened doors, extra space around furniture, wheel in shower and wheel under benches/cook top. It also has a washer/dryer and wheel under bench top trough in the laundry and gas log fire in addition to split air-conditioning. The Igloo features two bedrooms, sleeping 6. The Master has a queen sized bed, a set of bunks and a double bed in the second bedroom.
