Johanna Beach House is a contemporary, tranquil retreat, perched on the edge of the Otway National Forest and only minutes off the Great Ocean Road. This eco-friendly beach house is located on 3 acres of secluded forest with breathtaking views from the giant private deck overlooking the ocean. Perfectly positioned between Apollo Bay and Port Campbell, you are only 45 minutes from the Twelve Apostles and 15 minutes to the Otway Fly Tree Top Walk. This modern fully self-contained beach house features two unique separate dwellings, joined by a large entertaining deck, as well as two fireplaces and double bathrooms. Close to all of the major tourist attractions of the Otway Ranges and also en route to the famous Shipwreck Coast and its many attractions including the 12 Apostles.

 

Bennett’s Track is a unique and entirely environmentally friendly property. It has been designed specifically to leave no imprint on the environment.
The house’s electricity runs on solar power and it stores its own tank water. With advanced water pump technology and a powerful solar battery system you will not know it is run by nature.
We welcome ‘outdoor’ pets, with a pet-friendly fence within the 3-acre property.
Johanna Beach House is perfect for couples that want a private, romantic weekend getaway or groups or families who wish to escape the coastal crowds and relax in style.
