Whispering Seas B&B at Glenaire is situated on a 8 acre property overlooking the Great Southern Ocean and Aire Valley. This beautiful and unique property, built from local sandstone, proudly stands as sentinel over the awesome scenery below. Look in one direction and you look out over the Aire Valley which is often shrouded in mist or cloud and turn your head just a little and you can see the waves breaking far below at Castle Cove. More often than not you can watch the surfers as you casually have your breakfast on the veranda or in the magnificent dining room with blackwood parquetry floors, beamed cathedral ceilings and octagonal windows and doors that embrace the outdoor beauty.

Traditional and quality furnishings are what you can expect when you stay at Whispering Seas Bed & Breakfast. Our mermaid room has its own entrance, veranda and ocean views as well as private ensuite. A large variety of native wildlife inhabit the surrounds, including koalas, kangaroos, wallabies and loads of rosellas. Whispering Seas has the added advantage of being situated on the Great Ocean Road between Lavers Hill and Apollo Bay and is nearby most of the major tourist attractions in the Otway Ranges and also en route to the famous Shipwreck Coast and its many attractions including the 12 Apostles.

Guests have a choice of three bedrooms. All are tastefully furnished and will guarantee a sound night's rest. In the evening you will nod off to the singing of our local owls and of course the sounds of breaking waves at Castle Beach.
