Wye Break offers three levels of living for the discerning holidaymaker & plenty of opportunities to relax or explore nature and wildlife that is right outside your door. Upstairs you will find three large bedrooms (sleeps 10), a modern kitchen, dining room that has a pentagon window to capture the breathtaking surroundings and a lounge room. It is fully equipped with a TV, DVD and CD. Featuring timber floors and quality fittings throughout including both a split system and a woodfire. The loungeroom opens onto a huge balcony allowing views on all sides with a BBQ and outdoor setting. There are two separate showers, one is in the main bathroom and the other allows outside access straight into the laundry after a day at the beach. Downstairs leads into a wonderful billiard rumpus room with its own toilet and split air system. Brilliant for the children to spend hours enjoying games of all sorts. This room leads outside to a paved area for walking or admiring the abundance of wildlife such as koalas, parrots and birds of all descriptions. |
