Timboon is situated in the western district of Victoria and on the western outskirts of the Great Otway National Park. It is fast becoming one of the region’s best known gourmet destinations. If you like your whisky you’re going to love this place! It’s brewed locally. All sorts of dairy products can also be purchased locally – mouthwatering yoghurts, ice-cream and cheeses. Local honey also hits the spot. Timboon is now a part of the local 12 Apostles Gourmet Trail, the 70km loop from Port Campbell that is a must do for foodies.

Blue Wren Haven is as the name suggests a haven for birdlife and not just gorgeous blue wrens. The property is located at Brucknell which is a few minutes drive from Timboon. It’s a beautiful, quiet place which is home to a host of local wildlife and a few friendly farm animals.
